Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Plenty of pre-schoolers and other kids of all ages gathered at the Ricketts Community Building for the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 23,2011.

2010 Annual Ricketts Community Center Easter Egg Hunt

Ricketts' egg hunt growing since last year

Ricketts had 19 kids and two babies attend their Easter egg hunt this year, Saturday, April 11. Last year, only eleven children had attended, so the Ricketts Community Club was very encouraged by the turn out. Each child was able to hunt for three bags of candy filled plastic easter eggs hidden around the playground and under the water tower. Then, they were treated to cookies inside the Ricketts Community Center.

Happy Easter!

Area kids hunted for Easter eggs in the Ricketts Community Center where it was safe, warm and dry- while snow flurries threatened and the wind blew with outside temperatures in the thirties. So much for the first weekend in Spring.
